Q2: How do you improve the using life of your drilling tools?
First, we follow the Bauer standard to align the drilling bits as an arc shape to minimize the resistance.
Second, We use high-end series bullet teeth with the USA imported tungsten carbide, its using life is 2-3 times than normal teeth.
Third, by adding the reinforcing steel edge for hard formation, it reduced the wall resistance.
Fourth, Central axis adopts 40Cr with heat treatment, Vickers hardness could reach 28 and increase 50% wear resistance.
